Subscribe to public and shared mailboxes. Use information found in Mail in other apps. View, save, or delete email attachments. Temporarily stop using an email account. Use the dropdown menus on the toolbar to edit the font, size, and color of your text. Scroll down to the Default Style section. If you frequently use the formatting toolbar, you can change your settings so it appears by default when composing messages: To see the rich text toolbar, click the gray More dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner and select Make rich text. If you do not see the toolbar, you probably have rich text turned off. You can hover your mouse over each icon to see what each tool does. You can add formatting to your emails in the Fastmail web interface using the toolbar that appears at the top of the email composer.
